There is right around 65 days until our 1st practice, think wrestling! We are having a workout sunday night sept 7th @ 5:00 pm.

next sunday I would like to get together and clean the plant 4 parking lot @ 8:00 in the morning. that would be the 14th of september. This is an easy $300 for your school club account.. It only takes a couple of hours.

I have been reassured our washer and dryer will be installed before our season opens up. things to do while in fall sports:

1. wash your work out gear!!
2. shower after all workouts, practices, PE class, and events.
3. if you have a rash show your coach and your parents.

WE DO NOT WANT TO BRING ANY KIND OF SKIN IRRITATION INTO OUR SEASON!!!!
